Bogosi brings a unique blend of expertise in law, business, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), making him a dynamic leader in the consulting industry. Bogosi Malefetse as acquired a Business Degree (equipping him with strategic insights into managing and growing businesses), HC in Law (providing a strong foundation in legal frameworks and compliance), and currently pursuing an LLB Degree to deepen his legal expertise.
Bogosi has built a solid reputation as a business consultant, paralegal and radio personality. His career is rooted in a passion for helping businesses navigate complex HR and compliance challenges while achieving sustainable growth. With key competencies in HR Solutions (expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR policy development), Legal Compliance (skilled in South African labour law, workplace audits and regulatory adherence), ESG advisory (proficient in crafting strategies for sustainability, governance and social impact) and Transformation strategy (assisting businesses with SDF & BBBEE compliance)
